Converse Double Zipper High

There will be two great colors of the Converse Double Zipper Leather High top coming in the Fall of 2013. The double zipper All Stars have zippers one either side of the laces that allow you to zip them off while leaving the laces tied. They are not only functional, the zippers add some street jacket style to the Chuck Taylor High tops as well. Look for these in black and grey for fall 2013.
There will also be a vintage canvas version dropping around the same time. They look just as good as the leather version.

Converse Shoes will get logo changes in 2013

Converse plans to change the the All Star Chuck Taylor and Jack Purcell logos. Starting in the Fall of 2013, all Chuck Taylor and Jack Purcell shoes will receive a change to their logos. Converse will be adding the word Converse to the heel logo above the words All Star and Jack Purcell. The All Star low top will receive the same logo treatment on the tongue. Branding experts at the company think this will help consumers understand that Converse is a brand with several lines under it's name. All Star originals, Jack Purcell and Cons basketball shoes. I'm not sure if people were confused by a product that has been in production for over 100 years but I'm no expert.
